a) Foam box
--Tiles are packed one pallets of 360 piece each (360sqft/Crate, 36piece/Crate)
--One Crates includes 36 boxes of 10 piece each
--Each Carton weight 0.85 tons, or 1870 lbs
--Usually 19 pallets, or 8400sqft fill up a container of21 tons. |

b) Paper Carton
- Tiles are packed on pallets of 400 pieces each
( 400 sqf. / pallet )
- One pallet includes 40 boxes of 10 pieces each.
- Each Pallet weighs 1 ton, or 2,200 Lbs.
